What Is CliftonStrengths®?
CliftonStrengths® is Gallup's scientifically validated assessment that identifies your top natural talents from 34 possible themes. Based on 50+ years of research with millions of people worldwide, it reveals how you naturally think, work, and lead.
The assessment takes about 30 minutes and gives you immediate results. You'll discover your Top 5 signature themes — the talents that make you uniquely effective. For deeper insight, the All 34 report shows your complete talent profile and how all themes rank for you.
CliftonStrengths® isn't a personality test. It's a performance tool. Unlike MBTI or DiSC, which categorise you into types, CliftonStrengths® identifies the specific talents you use to produce results. It's designed for development, not classification.

The assessment takes about 30–45 minutes to complete. You'll receive your results immediately after finishing. The assessment is timed to capture your instinctive responses, so it's important to complete it in one sitting without distractions.
Yes, we recommend completing the assessment before your first session so we can spend our time together applying your results, not just explaining them. We'll send you the access code and instructions before your workshop or coaching engagement.
They're the same assessment. Gallup rebranded StrengthsFinder® to CliftonStrengths® in 2018 to honour Dr. Donald Clifton, the psychologist who created it. If you took StrengthsFinder® years ago, those results are still valid — the assessment hasn't changed
Your core talents are stable. Your Top 5 themes are unlikely to change dramatically over time, though they may shift slightly as you develop new skills or your context changes. What changes is how you apply your strengths — and that's what coaching and workshops help you do more effectively.
They're different tools with different purposes. MBTI helps you understand personality preferences. CliftonStrengths® identifies specific talents you use to produce results. We use CliftonStrengths® because it's designed for performance and development, not categorisation.
Yes. If you've taken the assessment before (whether as StrengthsFinder® or CliftonStrengths®), you can bring those results to your Wild & Wise engagement. We'll build on what you already know and help you apply it more effectively.

Sometimes people are surprised by their results because they've been adapting to others' expectations rather than leaning into their natural talents. In coaching or workshops, we explore your results together and help you see how they show up in real situations.
