Leadership & Business Coaching
One-to-one or group coaching designed to shift behaviours and drive measurable performance.
Built for Impact. Designed for Your Team.
Our coaching engagements are designed for leaders who are ready to go beyond surface-level development. Whether through one-to-one sessions or small group coaching, we create a structured space for leaders to examine their patterns, challenge their assumptions, and build new behaviours that drive performance.
Every coaching engagement is grounded in frameworks like CliftonStrengths® and our Performance Canvas methodology, ensuring that personal growth translates directly into business impact.

01
Discovery
We begin with a deep-dive conversation to understand your context, challenges, strengths, and goals. This includes a CliftonStrengths® assessment where applicable.
02
Contracting
We co-create a coaching agreement that defines the scope, focus areas, success measures, and cadence. This ensures alignment between the leader, the organisation, and the coach.
03
Sessions
Regular coaching sessions — typically bi-weekly — create a structured rhythm of reflection, challenge, and action. Each session builds on the last, creating progressive momentum.
04
Accountability
Between sessions, leaders apply new behaviours and frameworks in their real work. We track progress against agreed measures and adjust the approach as needed.
05
Closure
We close each engagement with a structured review of progress, key insights, and a forward plan that ensures sustained growth beyond the coaching relationship.
