Wild & Wise was founded by Gerald Ang, a leader who spent over 20 years building businesses, leading teams, and navigating the realities of P&L ownership across global organisations.
Gerald has held leadership roles at Warner Music Group, Discovery Asia, General Electric, SingTel, BlackBerry, and UOB Bank. Leading marketing, communications, and business strategy across global, regional, and local markets in Singapore, Shanghai, Toronto, and Melbourne.
After two decades of seeing leadership development done poorly — generic programmes that didn't translate, training that didn't stick, and consultants who didn't understand the business — Gerald founded Wild & Wise to do it differently.

Gerald brings over 20 years of global leadership experience across industries, including technology, financial services, luxury goods, and professional services. He has held senior leadership roles at Warner Music Group, Discovery Asia, General Electric, Singtel, BlackBerry, and UOB Bank, spanning global, regional (APAC/SEA), and local markets across Singapore, Shanghai, Toronto, and Melbourne.
His approach to leadership development is informed by real business experience — not theory. He understands P&L ownership, high-stakes decision-making, organisational politics, and the daily realities leaders face when performance is measured in outcomes, not effort.
Gerald is certified by Gallup in CliftonStrengths® and holds the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. He is also a certified Mental Wellness Coach and ALCP Certified Coach, bringing a holistic approach to leadership development that integrates strengths, mindset, and well-being.
Beyond corporate work, Gerald has coached artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs, helping them navigate the unique challenges of building sustainable careers in uncertain industries.
He is also the host of the Wild & Wise Podcast, where he explores leadership, performance, and the human side of work with guests from diverse industries and backgrounds.
